近年在歐美等國家，因室內濕氣所造成的問題漸漸受到世人的重視，而許多研究指出利用建材的濕氣緩和效果，可有效地的減少濕氣所造成的相關問題。然而，至今許多濕氣緩和效果的解析方法，均以室內完全擴散的單質點模型為主，不但無法解析濕氣於室內的分布，亦無法評估調濕建材設置位置與吸放濕效果之差異。本論文針對採用調濕建材時室內濕氣解析之問題提出新的CFD解析法，此解析法於未來可用於探討室內調濕建材的最佳配置位置與設置量，不但可提供學術研究之用，亦可作為建築與室內設計專業者之參考。並探討藉由此方法評估室內熱與濕氣的分布，以做為未來探討調濕建材最佳配置與數量的評估工具。

面對全球化浪潮的影響下，先進國家不僅逐漸將文化創意產業視為各國經濟發展的重點。而且，文化產業學術上的討論也由二次世界大戰後大眾文化的評論，轉向為關心在經濟發展上文化產業的角色，例如藉由文化經濟政策推動都市再生。本研究目的為發展文化創意產業作為都市再生政策，挑選德國魯爾工業區為研究案例。本文探討了文化創意產業與都市再生之間的關係，通過強化都市文化的創造性，發展文化創意產業，有利於提高城市居住環境，改變城市形象的負面影響，使都市發展獲得再生。文化創意產業可以與地方文化特色、風土民情及相關產業妥善連結，以促進都市再生和地方活化，作為產業發展的主軸，文化創意產業已經是先進各國促進都市再生的重要策略。

七股潟湖周邊地區以鹽山、膠筏業、小吃業及餐廳等產業為主軸的生態旅遊模式，形成生態旅遊的產業鏈。本研究透過觀光乘數的計算，分析七股地區生態旅遊所產生的經濟影響。分析結果顯示，七股潟湖地區生態旅遊的遊客支出，所產生的直接影響約為新台幣4億7仟3佰萬元，且經乘數運算而獲得所得乘數為1.58，亦即遊客每額外多一元的消費，大約對當地居民產生1.58元的收入。較高的值也表示生態旅遊對當地的社區經濟有明顯的助益。另外，相關觀光產業對間接影響的貢獻以餐廳業佔一半最大。 

在計算觀光乘數時，經驗研究的操作實有賴充足的社會調查資料的輔助作為必要條件，因此Ad hoc 模型在國內村里層次的應用有其困難，在縣市的空間層次操作較可行。

本研究之目的在於建構都市公共醫療設施的區位規劃模型，試圖改善過去研究忽略設施階層性以及規劃條件不明確的問題，以輔助公共醫療設施區位選址的規劃決策工作。模型設計為灰色多目標規劃問題，處理公私立設施競爭關係、醫療設施容量限制、社會包容與公平、設施財務、醫療設施的服務層級、以及規劃過程中的不確定性因素等。模型求解採灰色規劃法處理灰參數以及限制法處理多個目標產生非劣解。本文應用所建模型對台北市進行實例分析，規劃結果與分析過程顯現了模型的實用性與價值。實務上，模型能運用在新市區開發與舊市區通盤檢討等時機，透過量化資料與系統性的分析，使公共醫療設施區位規劃工作能夠更為客觀化與系統化。
