摘要 |
本文旨在探討「菲律賓籍外籍勞工在都市商業區的聚集與消費活動對都市社區空間之影響」,並以高雄市為經驗研究的地區。本文採用的研究方法主要包括文獻理論回顧、問卷調查、歸納分析與解釋等三種方法。本文所需資料主要來自高雄市商 業區中聚集消費之菲律賓籍外勞受訪者的回答答案、當地社區居民的回答答案以及商店老闆的回答答案。資料分析方式則利用SPSS10.3版統計軟體進行統計與分析工作。
研究成果主要包括:(1)當地居民與外勞活動空間亦開始有明顯區隔,所謂「獨立的、分割的都市空間」亦已明顯成型。(2)菲律賓外勞消費活動對都市社區空間之影響分析上,社區居民方面,顯示每月薪資愈高的居民,對社區空間關聯滿意度愈高。另外,未婚比起已婚居民,對社區空間關聯滿意度較高;離婚比起已婚居民,對社區空間關聯滿意度較高。商店老闆方面,顯示商店老闆教育程度愈高,對社區空間關聯滿意度愈高。另外,開設時間愈久的商店之老闆,對社區空間關聯滿意度愈高。由本縣市來此開店之商店老闆,比起當地社區來此開店的老闆,在社區空間關聯滿意度上有較高的反應。 |

企業在地再投資區位選擇之研究 |

摘要 |
本文主要針對跨國企業投資多工型工廠的特性,藉由投資時間與空間區位,以及廠商組織型態面向,探討台灣企業廠商於母國再投資時之區位選擇因素。以2006年知識密集型製造業1000大廠商為對象,並以工業地域觀點所劃分的台灣地區北、中、南三大區域為研究場域,選擇包括在台投資經驗、總公司區位、第一次投資決策、路徑依循等企業廠商組織決策之屬性變數,以及包含區域中科學園區的設立、產業專業化係數、雜異化指標等區域環境變數,透過多項羅吉特模型進行實證分析。實證的結果發現,總公司區位確實影響後續再投資的工廠區位選擇,第一次的投資決策經驗也會影響下一次的區位選擇行為,代表經濟發展階段的投資時間變項也確實會影響區位選擇行為。而當區域內科學園區的發展相較未臻成熟時,其區域的賦能仍不足以吸引企業廠商進駐,至於台灣企業的再投資區位選擇則較偏好區域內工業地域的地方化經濟,而不偏好區域內工業地域的都市化經濟。 |

建立都市住宅風環境舒適度指標與改善策略評估─以台南市大林住宅都市更新地區為例 |

摘要 |
由於都會地區不斷飆升的氣溫,使得風和溫熱環境成為受矚目的探討議題,而在思考都市未來的發展上,舊市區的更新越趨急迫,都市更新時首要策略應考量到風環境的改善。本研究試圖以風環境面向做探討,針對2007年台南市大林住宅都市更新計畫之計畫範圍,進行定點觀測,以實測資料驗證CFD(computational fluid dynamics)模擬計算研究地區之風環境。在歸納整理台南市氣象站資料後,參考國內外風環境指標之檢測及考量人體舒適度SET*(standard effective temperature)舒適指標檢測值之分析,以絕對評估法與相對評估法兩概念為主軸,訂出下午及晚上時段最適風速範圍,評估研究地區行人風場。另依都市規劃中管制機制:建蔽率與容積率,訂定四套組合的模擬分析,配合先前所歸納出的綜合性之風環境檢測指標,檢驗現行法規下大林住宅都市更新區之風環境情形。最後,突破容積率之管制及周邊建物不變更之限制,提出增加建築量體及設置風廊道的策略,改善該都市更新的風環境。研究結果顯示容積率放寬及風廊道設計改善方案有助於研究地區行人風場之舒適度的提升。 |

面對全球化挑戰,如何以高科技提升生活品質,已成為世界先進國家科技政策推動重要的議題。行政院2008年提出以「智慧台灣」主軸下之「優質生活」議題為焦點,積極運用新科技的智慧化居住空間是重要的議題之一。參考內政部智慧化居住空間發展策略中所揭示的「智慧好生活」,在安全、健康、便利、舒適、節能的五大功能目標之下,由設計團隊研發智慧化廚房功能,本研究針對廚房使用者的需求加以分析與了解,以便將需求分析的結果提供設計師參考。因此,本研究採用立意抽樣法,針對居住於五大都會區與兩大次都會區且家中具備資訊設備(電腦與網路)之「廚房主要使用者」做為本研究之研究對象,採用敘述統計、重要程度-需求程度二維分析、因素分析和獨立樣本T檢定等方法,分析廚房主要使用者對智慧化廚房功能的需求,以及不同科技接受度和家庭屬性對於智慧化廚房功能需求的差異。研究結果顯示:廚房使用者對於智慧化廚房特定的功能項目有較高的重要性與需求程度的認知;廚房使用者對於智慧型廚房功能需求程度之排序依序為:災害警示安全、節能、飲食健康、互動便利和舒適;當受訪者的科技接受度愈高時對於各項智慧化功能均有較高之需求,而每天上網四小時以上之受訪者較每天上網時數未滿四小時者有要高之需求。此外,家中有65歲以上老人者對於飲食健康和便利等智慧化廚房的使用需求較高。本探索研究可以開啟並增進設計師或工程師對於智慧化廚房功能需求的了解,作為研發的參考。 |
