題目 街道工作室:一個共同參與的街道設計過程

摘要

街道是城鎮結構中的關鍵要素。儘管這項結構性、生活化的城鎮要素有著至關重要性,當代葡萄牙街道的現狀特點卻是在許多街道的建設、使用及維護上缺乏投資。此外,人們注意到當地政府在解決與街道相關的市民日常生活問題以及觸及分散性的公民結構上的困境。這些都是在小型的、本土規模的建築項目中會遇到的問題。共同參與的項目方法通過對現有困境的理解觸及這些問題,並提倡新的方法以解決這些難題。本文在(Atelier da Rua)街道工作室研究範圍內完成,聚焦于滿足當代在街道公共空間管理干預方面的需求。方法論假設應用了街道工作室戰略以提升社區生活品質。本文旨在探索街道工作室方法論(Pita, 2014 b)與「合作夥伴」關係價值(Arnstein, 1969)的結合。

題目 文化創意產業與臺北時尚產業之空間發展

在21世紀的現在,文化創意產業儼然是新經濟發展體制的生力軍,不僅增強各國的經濟基礎,連帶提升國家競爭力,這就是所謂的知識經濟。文化創意產業即是典型的知識經濟,而都市空間是知識產業發展的重要平台,提供創意人才激發靈感及創意的地方,但要如何在一個都市中營造出最適合創意生成與聚集的空間,且不僅是吸引創意階層及消費者,在空間中更要具備能夠支持產業的基礎設施,並保留地區的地方特性,將文化與產業鑲嵌在一起,因此,本研究將針對「創意氛圍」的形成,營造出具有「自明性」的創意空間。 本研究將以文化創意產業中的設計品牌時尚產業作為研究對象,探討時尚產業在臺北市的發展過程,藉由文獻回顧選出2處研究地區,以問卷調查了解研究地區的空間特性,及有助於設計品牌與時尚產業所需的支援性公共設施及產業網絡,並提出有助於形塑時尚創意氛圍的空間規劃。根據研究分析結果,研究地區若加強及建置時尚基礎設施及資訊、產業網絡的連結,吸引創意階層的聚集,集結時尚產業的創意能量做為創意核心,並結合完善的資訊、產業網絡,針對企業、政府單位、研究機構、大專院校及相關組織做為整合,提供未來在臺北市推動時尚產業優先發展的都市空間規劃,讓時尚產業在臺北市能更加蓬勃發展。

題目 創業熱:數位經濟時代的創業生態系統-理論回顧與未來研究建議

摘要

隨著數位經濟的崛起,以及全球創業熱潮帶動下,「創業生態系統」吸引諸多學者的研究探討與對話。本文透過文獻回顧,研析此概念的緣起、發展背景、各家研究取徑的內涵,並討論與過往創業家精神、區域經濟相關理論的異同及研究缺口。本文認為,數位經濟時代下,技術革新帶動的制度變遷,以及經濟風暴造成的社會風險、不確定意識的抬頭,直接或間接促使創業活動蓬勃發展,因此,讓創業者比起過往獲得了更多在地行動者及周邊資源的支持,取得發展契機,進而帶動了該研究的興起。回顧相關學者、機構的研究成果,可初步區分為社會網絡、制度環境、定量典範三大類型,各自適配於創業生態中不同的發展階段、空間尺度與政策意涵。最後,本文作者進一步提出建議,包含引入歷史演化觀點、都市創業生態、在地集體行動,以及跨區域互動等議題面向,作為後續拓展研究的參考。
