災害會對個體及其行為產生影響，行為個體接受到一定災害的刺激，即會產生情緒狀態並對災害產生回應。災害調適行為決策主要受到災害認知所影響，災害認知是人類面對災害的個體管理策略，受限於知識、資源的有限性，行為個體依據主觀的價值觀：「居住地點的情感依附性」與「有限理性」進行有限的選擇，最終形成「有限的最適決策」。是以，本研究奠基於計畫行為理論，據此關注於探討災害風險認知與調適行為，應用問卷調查結果資料探究921集集地震後近斷層帶土地使用限建區個體災害認知與調適行為特性。研究結果顯示，「對於地方的情感」與「親朋好友居住於近鄰地區」為重要影響選擇繼續居住的關鍵原因，以及受訪者普遍樂觀地相信再一次發生6級地震對目前居住房子的衝擊是輕微的，顯示「居住地點的情感依附性」與「有限理性」對地區居民災害認知與調適行為產生一定程度的影響。

在當今營造可持續發展的人類家園背景下，發達國家的綠色建築發展方向已由新建建築轉向既有建築 的改造再利用。本文以廣州地區既有建築之綠色改造 中的建築設計要素為研究對象，以文獻回顧與參與式觀察為研究方法，探究影響綠色改造成效之建築設計要素中的關鍵因素。研究中運用了管理學中的多準則決策 分析方法，在專家訪談和問卷調查的基礎上，經DANP（DEMATEL based ANP）方法統計後，獲得八項在既有建築綠色改造中影響建築設計之關鍵因素；再通過IPA分析，獲得各關鍵要素之績效值與重要度，據此分析建築設計評價要素中的急需改善、持續保持、重新思考和可能過分重視等要素。研究結果為：1.建構了八項影響綠色改造之建築設計的關鍵因素並繪製網絡關係圖；2.影響綠色改造的非關鍵因素中，發現有五個指標相對其他要素而言重要度較低，反映出該指標在綠色改造過程中的重視程度不夠；3.消防設計作為安全的重要組成內容，其績效值偏低，顯示出有進一步改善提升的必要。本論文的研究結果有助於建築師掌握綠色改造的建築設計專業的關鍵要素及相互關聯性，利於提高設計時效，可作為未來完善「既有建築綠色改造評價標準」的參考。

After 20 years of successful transformation from an agricultural province to an industrial hub, in 2015, Binh Duong province - Vietnam started research on innovation strategies to continue to break out to a high-tech industry and service, raising socio-economic levels, and gradually laying the foundations for a knowledge and digital economy.
